What counts as a "translated minute"?
A translated minute is one minute of active speech-to-speech translation during a call. Silence and hold time are not counted. Both directions of the conversation (caller and agent) are included in the same minute.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The Enterprise plan includes custom volume pricing. Contact our sales team for a quote based on your expected usage.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees for either plan. The Professional plan can be self-provisioned. Enterprise plans include guided onboarding at no additional cost.
